I have been without internet at most of the sites we have stopped at so far. I finally have it for a while today and we started the posts. sorry for the delay.
Well I picked up the RV this morning, July 7th. It is a different unit than last years. Good!! We got on the road late morning and headed to the Bluewater Bridge and onto the 402. All went smooth. Canadian Customs had 4 booths open but the volume of traffic it took about 20 minutes to clear customs. There was no question unexpected and we were thru. The drive to North of Toronto was uneventful and the traffic was not bad until we got on the 410 to head north from the 401. Lots of stop and go for several miles with no apparent cause other than too many drivers.
Arrived at Peter and Sharron Feindels house a little after 3:00. Peter was out front to greet Kelso & I. Had a great visit and was treated to a very good dinner that Sharron put together. Peter, Gus, I and Kelso walked the next morning for probably 2 miles on their road out in front of their house. It was good to keep in the routine of a morning walk that is longer than a few minutes.
I have a few pictures but I am having trouble getting them compressed to the size the World Press Blog will accept. So what I decided to do is post the write-up without pictures for now and once I solve the problem I will come back and post the pictures.
