Suprise, we did not go to Anchorage today. I waited for the office to open this morning so I could use the dump station for the grey water and blackwater tanks. The grey water tank did not want to empty. They were able to fit me in for one more night and I called the RV Owner. We traded calls several times but I finally had a chance to talk to her and she gave me the magic wand to cure the evils.
We had some rain late yesterday and a few sprinkles this morning. The wind is blowing about 15 to 20 mph and when the sun is out it is somewhat comfortable standing in the sun, otherwise it is chilly.
This campsite has what is know as Denali Road leading to it off the main highway. I took a couple of pictures to give you an idea of the views. The mountains are all around the RV Park but these are some of the best pictures.
On to Anchorage in the morning.
This picture is looking back, the way we came in.
This picture is looking toward Denali Park,
Larry and Kelso, Wonderful news on getting the “magic wand” for the two tanks.
